employer-sponsored visa support. Job Overview: The Strategic
In-Stock Analyst (SISPA) plays a critical role in sustaining and
improving in-stock performance across the organization. This
position serves as a key connector between Merchandising, Inventory
Planning, Logistics Fulfillment Centers (LFC), and Field teams to
ensure timely resolution of store inventory issues and execution of
replenishment strategies. The SISPA manages store requests and
exceptions with a defined 48-hour service level agreement (SLA),
supports data-driven decision-making, and translates field insights
into actionable improvements that enhance customer experience and
protect revenue. This role requires strong analytical expertise,
process discipline, and deep institutional knowledge to effectively
support stores and strategic in-stock initiatives. Responsibilities
: Manage and resolve store inventory requests and exceptions within
a 48-hour SLA. Investigate and address in-stock issues to minimize
out-of-stocks and delayed replenishment. Partner closely with Field
teams to understand store-level challenges and provide timely
solutions. Act as a liaison between Merchandising, Inventory
Planning, LFC, and Field teams to ensure alignment on replenishment
and assortment execution. Translate field feedback and operational
insights into actionable recommendations for internal partners.
Support execution of strategic initiatives focused on in-stock
excellence and operational consistency. Analyze inventory,
replenishment, and assortment data to identify trends, risks, and
opportunities. Support data-driven replenishment decisions to
improve store-level availability and sales performance. Monitor
exceptions and recurring issues to drive continuous improvement.
Reinforce standard processes, documentation, and internal controls
related to inventory and in-stock management. Identify process gaps
and recommend improvements to reduce repeat issues and
inefficiencies. Maintain clear documentation of resolutions,
learnings, and best practices. Directly supports revenue protection
by reducing missed sales due to out-of-stock conditions. Improves
response times and resolution effectiveness for store inventory
issues. Enhances customer experience through improved product
availability. Strengthens partnerships between corporate teams and
the field through consistent, reliable support. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 2 years of work experience Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret
inventory and replenishment data. Experience working
cross-functionally with merchandising, supply chain, inventory, or
field teams. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet
defined SLAs in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail
with a strong focus on process discipline and documentation.
Experience in retail, inventory management, replenishment, or
supply chain analytics. Familiarity with inventory planning systems
and reporting tools. Demonstrated ability to translate operational
insights into strategic improvements. Strong institutional
