Recruitment is working with a company near Mesa who is in search of
a representative to join their call center team. This role is
Monday-Friday 6am-3pm, fully onsite. The pay is $21/hr. This role
is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and
enjoys communicating with customers and business partners via phone
and email. You will serve as a key point of contact, providing
timely, professional support while ensuring a positive customer
experience. Key Responsibilities Handle high-volume inbound and
outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner Respond to
customer and business partner inquiries via phone and email Provide
accurate information regarding products, services, orders, or
account status Document all interactions thoroughly in the system
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate issues when
necessary Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and
service quality Collaborate with internal departments to ensure
timely resolution of inquiries Qualifications 2 year of call center
or customer service experience preferred High school diploma or
equivalent required Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working in a high-volume, phone-based environment
Proficient with basic computer systems and Microsoft Office Ability
to multitask and stay organized Professional, dependable, and
