Representative Entry-Level. In this business-to-business direct
outside sales role, you'll be out in the field, connecting with new
clients, building relationships, and closing deals. This position

Position Overview: As a B2Binsurance agent, you will be responsible
for cultivating and managing your own client base. This role
involves meeting with business owners and decision-makers to offer
our suite of supplemental insurance products and services. You will
receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you
succeed in your assigned sales territory. Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through
proactive outreach Build and maintain strong, long-term
relationships with clients Present and sell services to
decision-makers in businesses Negotiate contracts and close deals
with confidence Stay results-focused and achieve sales targets
Qualifications: Strong drive to succeed and challenge yourself to
exceed expectations Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport quickly and take charge in conversations
Self-motivated and able to work independently Prior sales
experience is not required; however, a minimum of 5 years of
professional employment (post high school) is necessary. Must be
willing to attain a state health insurance license (assistance is
provided) Compensation & Benefits: Earnings Potential:
$65,000$85,000 per year, with uncapped commissions (earn more with
every sale) including weekly draw pay, and bonuses. Flexible
