business through prospecting, cold outreach, networking & events
Manage a strong sales pipeline across Arizona Conduct site visits,
deliver presentations, and close deals Collaborate with internal
teams for seamless project delivery Represent us at trade shows and

Be a Great Fit If You: Have proven B2B sales success— ideally in
construction or steel buildings , or i n complex, high-ticket
solution sales with long sales cycles involving project management
and implementation milestones (e.g., IT infrastructure, industrial
equipment, enterprise software, commercial HVAC, or capital medical
devices) Are a hunter—motivated, energetic, and goal-driven Are a
relationship-builder who communicates clearly and confidently Are
tech-savvy—comfortable with CRM (HubSpot), BuilderTrend, and
Microsoft 365 Have a valid driver's license and are ready to travel
throughout AZ Are bilingual or multilingual —a strong asset in
