    Commercial Repairs Project Manager

    Be responsible for facility maintenance jobs from inception to completion

    Be able to schedule work, do estimates, and keep budgets.

    Ability to price jobs from reports from field technicians via photos ,knowledge, and prior data.
    
    
  • 
    Working with sub contractors/vendors

    Position Requirements
    Job Requirements:
    
    • 
      
    • 
      5 years+hands on experiencewith with maintenance & construction skilled trades (plumbing ,carpentry, HVAC, electrical, roofing)
      
      
    • 
      Experience working with self performing labor
      
      
    • 
      Prior Prjoect Management expereince
      
      
    • 
      Must be a self-performer with minimum guidance
      
      
    • 
      Strong problem-solving skills
      
      
    • 
      Must have the ability to manage employees and delegate them multiple tasks
      
      
    • 
      Effective interpersonal and communication skills
