Quality Control Associate will also work with selectors to correct all errors and rebuild pallets.KeHE Goodyear is looking for a Warehouse Quality Control Associate!! in temperature control environment( Dry,Cooler,Freezer )Other exciting Benefits to joining the KeHE team:*Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, Life & Prescription Drug Insurance benefits and 401k after 30 days of full-time employment.*Eligible to participate in the annual profit-sharing bonus plan after 90 days.*Eligible to participate in our ESOP - Employee Stock Ownership Plan after one year of full-time employment.*Eligible for a total of 13 days or 104 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) per fiscal year* Apply now and our recruiter will reach out with next steps. * Essential Functions--Review individual orders to determine correct quantities, packing, and general accuracy of selected orders.Complete required level of QC/QA sampling, and required load audit forms.Consult with appropriate Supervisor regarding any problems identified in the QC/QA process including quality issues not meeting standards and/or potential safety issues.Ability to coach selectors on job quality and efficiency.Other duties and special projects as requested.Must maintain good attendance.Maintain safe work practices.Maintain safeguards of confidential company information.Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude--High School Diploma or GED required.A minimum of one (1) year experience in QC/QA role and/or product knowledge required.Must be proficient with MS Office.Qualifications / Additional Skills / Aptitude:Ability to communicate well with internal customers and management.Ability to efficiently work independent of direct supervision.Excellent attention to detail.Must be resourceful and well organized with an ability to work on multiple projects with minimal supervision.Physical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
