Hours:M-F: 1:30pm-7:30pm Saturday's 8:30am-1:30pmPAY: DOEKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:A successful candidate will enjoy a challenge as well as demonstrate strength and core competencies in the following:Customer Service#1 Superior Customer Service SkillsMust work to create a great first impression Must demonstrate approachability verbally and non-verballySuperior Customer Service SkillsConfident in presenting chiropractic care to patientsGreet and welcome patients and customers in an energetic and friendly fashion, according to Goodyear Chiropractic Clinic training, via phone and in person.Administrative SkillsWork in the Front Office performing patient check-in and check-out, and appointment scheduling.Scan insurance cards, supplying new patient information forms to be completed, enters new patient information into the systemUpdates patient information, ensuring all records are current when following up/interacting with patients.Obtains financial information regarding patients from various sources to obtain payment information or authorization for treatment. Collect copay and payments.Filing, scanning, phone operation, faxing, and assistance to other departments on an as needed basis if time allowsDocumentation on interactions or calls in EMR appropriatelyAccurate data entry skills into EMR systemProficient in downloading, saving and moving files within multiple programs.Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your workspaceKeeping management apprised of concerns and following manager's policies, procedures and direction.Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidentialRetrieves messages and returns phone callsIf data entry on a new patient was performed by another, verify it was performed correctlyCoordinate departmental training orientation bookSupport staff where and when neededKeep supplies stocked and keep tract of suppliesAssist with Social Media UpdatesCheck in on and follow up with previous patients, perform recalls.Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.--Skills Sets required that you will be using on this job:----------------Bilinguals Spanish and English professional written and verbal communication skills--------------Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner--------------Organization--------------Critical thinking--------------Problem resolution--------------Multi-tasking--------------Time management--------------Working well in a fast-paced environment--------------Recognizing and supporting team goals --------------Willingness to learn and grow--------------Accepting constructive criticism in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool.--------------Professional phone etiquette when answering the phone.--------------Work with doctors and staff to ensure communication --------------Problem resolution for the clinic staff and patients--------------Oversees the waiting area.--------------Expected to assist in another clinic as needed.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLSHigh School diploma Bilingual in both English and Spanish. Ability to read, write and speak professionally in both languages. Medical Front Desk Experience Professional communication etiquetteCustomer Service Basic Word and Excel programsOne to three years' related customer service experienceComputer literate with proficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to work independently and manage prioritiesMust be flexible and adaptable to change.Ability to communicate positively and effectively with team members about job tasks and responsibilities.Desire to contribute to a productive work environment by maintaining a good attitude with team members and the public.Must have planning, problem-solving, decision-making, delegation, time management, supervisory skills.Must have excellent analytical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to respond to the needs and requests of staff members, patients, and doctors.Must demonstrate initiative, with an ability to think, work, solve practical problems, and make independent decisions based on sound judgment.Must be able to consistently achieve high work standards; attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.Must be able to pay attention to multiple details and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement is expected.This position requires schedule to include evenings till 7pm and Saturdays till 2pm Must demonstrate:Honesty and IntegrityRespect for the IndividualTeamworkWORK ENVIRONMENT:This position operates indoors and routinely uses standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, copy and fax machines.
