Job Description:

Blazerworks, in partnership with the local school district in Avondale, AZ, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team for the 2023-2024 school year. As an OT, you will work with students to help them develop the skills needed to participate in daily activities and achieve their educational goals. Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students' abilities and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement intervention plans
• Monitor and document student progress
• Participate in meetings and professional development opportunities Requirements:
  • Current Arizona State OT license
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
