Job Description:
Allegiance Staffing is expanding and wants YOU to join the team!
We are seeking a full-time Outside Sales Representative to sell our
labor staffing services here in the Valley.
*Dedicated territory
*Begin/End each day in one of our Valley locations
*Daily in-person cold calling at prospective client sites
*Selling /closing new labor staffing accounts with high
frequency
*Follow-up and maintenance rapport with existing clients
*Maintain an organized approach to territory management and sales
flow
Must be persistent, proactive, able to work independently, and
money-motivated. Solid people skills are a must. Must have own /
reliable transportation, and be familiar with Microsoft Office.
