Job Description Job Description Job Title: Warehouse Associate Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in a fast-paced medical device distribution facility. This role involves a variety of tasks including picking, packing, receiving, and maintaining inventory integrity with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications. Receive products, verify their accuracy, and store them in assigned locations. Ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders. Participate in physical inventories and cycle count activities. Assist with shipping and receiving, including loading and unloading freight. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Essential Skills Ability to stand for an entire 8-hour shift. Willingness to work overtime as needed. 2 years of forklift operation experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience operating equipment such as a Forklift, Reach Truck, or Cherry Picker. Work Environment The work environment is a clean, organized, air-conditioned warehouse within a medical device distribution facility. Overtime may be required during periods of high demand. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tolleson, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
