for injured clients and securing the results they deserve. We
handle a broad range of cases including motor vehicle collisions,
premises liability, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, trucking
accidents, and other negligence matters. Our team values integrity,

service. We are seeking a motivated Personal Injury Associate
Attorney to join our litigation team. The ideal candidate is
detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering outstanding
legal representation. This attorney will handle a caseload of
personal injury matters from filing to settlement, including
negotiations, discovery, law and motion, depositions, and trial
preparation. Applicant must be an aggressive, self-starter who can
work independently on assignments and maintain files and projects,
making sure deadlines are met. Applicant must have 3 years of
experience in Personal Injury Law. Job Type: Full Time / In-Office
Salary: Up to $300,000 (Base Salary) Responsibilities: Manage a
caseload of personal injury matters in litigation. Conduct case
evaluation, legal research, and liability analysis. Communicate
with clients regularly to provide case updates and explain case
strategy. Draft and respond to discovery, prepare pleadings,
motions, briefs, and settlement demands. Represent clients in
depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings. Work
collaboratively with partners, paralegals, investigators, and
medical providers. Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters
and defense counsel. Maintain accurate case notes and follow firm
procedures and deadlines. Prepare cases for trial and assist senior
attorneys with trial-related tasks. Qualifications: Required: 3
years of experience in Personal Injury Law Must be able to
multitask on numerous assignments and deadlines simultaneously Must
be able to draft, format and write Motions, Responses, and various
other pleadings with little or no supervision We are looking for
