Job Title : Senior DevOps Engineer Location: Phoenix, AZ Summary Primary Skills: Builds & deployments (Java, NodeJS, Python), GitHub Actions, GitHub Enterprise Administration, self-hosted runners, GitHub Apps, reusable workflows, Python/Java automation. Secondary Skills: .NET & Go builds, cross-platform CI/CD tools, cloud integration, general automation scripting. Mandatory skills: Github Actions, Programing languages /Python, Kubernetes Roles/Responsibilities · Must have experience working with builds and deployments of various programing languages like Java, NodeJS, Python. Nice to have experience with dot Net &Go source code · Must have experience with GitHub Actions and GitHub Enterprise Administration. · Experience working with Self-hosted runners on GitHub Enterprise · Must have experience with creation of GitHub Apps at the enterprise · Must have experience working with enterprise standard GitHub workflows & Re-usable workflows · Programming Proficiency: Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or Java for automation tasks using any language · These are the core capabilities explicitly required and central to the role: · Builds & Deployments for Multiple Languages · Hands-on experience with Java, NodeJS, Python in enterprise build/deployment pipelines. · Automation of compilation, packaging, artifact management, and deployment workflows. · GitHub Actions · Authoring, customizing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. · Deep knowledge of enterprise-standard workflows and re-usable workflows. · GitHub Enterprise Administration · Managing repositories, permissions, and organizational policies. · Experience with self-hosted runners for scaling and compliance. · Creation and integration of GitHub Apps at enterprise scale. · Programming Proficiency for Automation · Strong coding skills in Python or Java to build automation scripts, custom actions, and integrations. · Ability to adapt automation logic across languages. Secondary Skills (Nice-to-Have / Complementary) · These are beneficial but not mandatory, · Additional Language Experience · Exposure to .NET and Go source code builds and deployments. · Ability to extend CI/CD pipelines to support diverse language ecosystems. · Cross-Platform CI/CD Knowledge · Familiarity with other CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, ArgoCD, UDeploy) for hybrid environments. · Cloud & Infrastructure Integration · Linking GitHub workflows with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deployments. · Automation Beyond GitHub · Scripting with Bash, PowerShell, or other languages for environment setup and orchestration.
