Job Description Job Description We are looking for a dedicated
Help Desk Analyst I to join our team in Mesa, Arizona, on a
long-term contract basis. This role involves providing technical
support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure smooth daily
operations for end-users. The ideal candidate will possess strong
problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to address and
resolve user issues effectively. Responsibilities: • Provide
first-level technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and
software issues promptly. • Utilize Active Directory to manage user
accounts and access permissions. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues
related to Microsoft Windows 10 operating systems. • Respond to and
resolve service desk tickets efficiently, ensuring timely
resolution. • Assist users with basic troubleshooting for system
errors and application problems. • Document and track all support
interactions and solutions accurately. • Collaborate with team
members to escalate complex issues to higher support levels as
needed. • Maintain a high level of customer service and
professionalism during all interactions. • Identify recurring
issues and suggest improvements to minimize future disruptions.•
Proficiency in Active Directory for account management and
permission settings. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and
related troubleshooting techniques. • Experience handling service
desk tickets and resolving user issues effectively. • Familiarity
with basic hardware and software troubleshooting processes. •
Excellent communication skills to interact with users and team
members. • Ability to document technical solutions and maintain
accurate records. • Proven problem-solving skills to identify and
address system challenges. • Capability to work independently and
collaboratively in a team environment.
