Job Description:

Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst Manager. Situated at our
headquarters in Grants Pass, Oregon, you will spearhead our BI
team, empowering company-wide data-driven decisions that amplify
our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role
demands a proactive leader skilled in transforming complex data
into strategic insights, tailoring intelligence solutions to
enhance our beloved customer-oriented service model. Manage and
mentor the BI team, fostering an environment of continuous
development and innovation. Develop and implement BI strategies
that align with organizational goals, and demonstrate tangible
returns on investment. Oversee the design, development, and
maintenance of data warehouses, dashboards, and recurring reports.
Liaise with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for
process improvements and drive change through data insights.
Maintain data integrity and confidentiality standards, ensuring
compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Continuously
evaluate market trends and BI technologies to keep Dutch Bros at
the forefront of the coffee industry. Strong leadership skills with
the ability to manage and inspire a team Proficient in popular BI
and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) Excellent
analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills Capable
of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight
deadlines Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
