$50k to $60k Job Description The Safety Specialist is integral to
upholding our outstanding safety culture, ensuring compliance with
industry standards, and maintaining safety excellence. This role
involves managing safety regulations and record-keeping,
collaborating with the Safety Support team, facilitating safety
training, and addressing safety concerns. You will represent the
company’s core values and report to the EHS Manager in our Arizona
Division. Responsibilities Maintain accurate safety record keeping
and tracking in both physical and digital formats. Keep Safety Data
Sheets up to date. Oversee the Safety Support Team's success and
sustainability. Act as a primary contact for addressing safety
concerns. Manage and maintain adequate safety supply levels.
Develop and lead safety training sessions on various topics. Assist
with adhering to environmental regulations and deadlines.
Collaborate with third-party resources for additional safety
training. Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
and educate team members on its importance. Keep all safety
equipment clean and sanitized. Promote a positive safety culture
and work collaboratively to find solutions to safety issues.
Essential Skills Safety management and compliance expertise.
Bilingual in Spanish and English, essential for communication with
production staff. Experience in maintaining a safety culture within
a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in compliant record
keeping and safety tracking. OSHA 30 certification. Knowledge of
EHS, Health & Safety. Additional Skills & Qualifications 1-3 years
of experience in a safety role within manufacturing. 1 year of
experience in an environmental role preferred. High school diploma
or equivalent required, higher education preferred. Preferred
OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 General Industry Certification. Experience in
manufacturing or working with entry-level team members is
preferred. Experience in a mid-sized company where gap-filling is
routine. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing
environment. Willingness to travel between multiple facilities in

production environment for heat exchangers. Most of the shop
utilizes swamp cooling, while offices and some shop areas are
air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable working environment. Job
Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Phoenix,
AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50000.00 -
