Controller $ -$170,000 base salary (depending on experience) Greater Phoenix, AZ (hybrid schedule) Vaco has partnered with a respected logistics company seeking a Controller to join their team. This role offers a clear path for advancement, along with a flexible hybrid schedule and an attractive compensation package. You’ll oversee financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, and internal controls in accordance with GAAP/IFRS. You’ll also lead and develop accounting teams, drive process improvements and system upgrades.
