Job Description:

innovation in the hospitality industry. As a Cart & Bag Attendant,
you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of
our recreational services, providing exceptional guest experiences
at our golf and resort properties. You will be responsible for the
management and preparation of golf carts and bags, facilitating a
smooth transaction for all guests engaging in golfing activities.
Ensure the golf carts are clean, maintained, and fully charged or
fueled at all times. Manage the storage and retrieval of golf bags,
ensuring they are safely and securely handled. Assist guests in
transporting their equipment from their vehicle to the golf cart
and vice versa. Monitor inventory of necessary supplies including
scorecards, pencils, and other golf-related equipment. Collaborate
with the recreation team to ensure all recreational facilities are
organized and prepared for guest use. Provide exceptional customer
service, answering guest inquiries and providing information about
the facility and its offerings. Strong interpersonal and customer
service skills Ability to handle multiple tasks Basic knowledge of
golf etiquette and equipment Physical fitness and ability to lift
heavy objects Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Valid driver's license.
