a Restaurant General Manager to lead this exciting new chapter in
Chandler, AZ. This is your opportunity to spearhead operations,

brand that values culture and creativity. Job Qualifications We’re
looking for a Restaurant General Manager with the following
qualifications: 3 years of proven experience as a General Manager
or Multi-Unit Manager in a high-volume restaurant setting.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with a track record of coaching and
developing high-performing teams. Passion for hospitality,
scratch-made food, and craft beer. Exceptional guest focus with a
knack for creating memorable dining experiences. Solid financial
acumen, including knowledge of labor management, cost of goods sold
(COGS), scheduling, and ordering systems. Flexible availability to
work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Job Responsibilities
As the Restaurant General Manager in Chandler, AZ, you will: Take
full ownership of restaurant operations, including front-of-house
(FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) management. Hire, train, and lead a
team that embodies the brand’s core values of hard work, good
vibes, and exceptional hospitality. Ensure consistent execution of
food and service standards to deliver five-star guest experiences.
Manage labor costs, food costs, and beverage costs to achieve
targets and deliver profitability. Oversee staffing, scheduling,
inventory, and financial operations. Create a fun, fast-paced
environment that encourages growth and team accountability. Act as
the face of the restaurant, representing the brand positively in
