We are seeking a dedicated Seasonal Food Runner to assist in maintaining an exceptional dining experience at our vibrant properties. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about the culinary arts, eager to facilitate seamless restaurant operations and enhance guest satisfaction during peak seasons. Delivering food from the kitchen to the respective customers efficiently and accurately. Assisting with the setup of dining areas and the preparation of tables for our guests. Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the menu items, daily specials, and ingredients to answer any guest questions effectively. Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area and kitchen, complying with Marriott's high standards of hygiene. Working closely with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth and efficient service, managing multiple orders without compromising quality. Helping to stock service areas and assist kitchen staff as needed during busy periods. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Good physical stamina and mobility Basic understanding of food safety and handling Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Food handler's certification is preferred.
