will be responsible for assisting with the operation of the
restaurant by directing hourly crew in food production, equipment
maintenance as well as inventory costs and controls. At the heart

position is also served with: Participation in a discretionary
bonus program based on restaurant performance, among other
ingredients An additional $2/hour for all hours worked after 11pm,
$2/hour during inclement weather, and $3/hour to work on holidays*
