SmartLife team develops and grows. Job Summary: The SmartLife
Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist is a critical new role
for our team. You will serve as the point person for daily
interactions with the end consumer and the liaison to the CS teams
of our retail partners. Your mission will be to provide an
outstanding experience for all SmartLife customers, working across
internal and external teams to deliver world-class service and a
successful resolution for all customers. When not leading our
customer service efforts, you will play a key supporting role for
the SmartLife team by facilitating sales support requests and
coordinating with internal teams across the organization to
effectively meet the needs of the business. This role is located in
our Avondale, AZ office, and is a full-time on-site position. Our
ideal candidate is someone with the potential and desire to grow
into a leadership role, as we will be adding additional team
members as the SmartLife business grows over time. We---re looking

need driven professionals that will approach their responsibilities
with an entrepreneurial mindset while holding themselves
accountable to delivering the results. Responsibilities:
Consistently provide customers with genuine, friendly, personable
and professional service, while going above and beyond to achieve
positive outcomes. Approach each customer interaction as an
opportunity to strengthen affinity for our brand and product,
achieving a positive outcome for both revenue and brand loyalty.
Maintain comprehensive records and log all customer calls into a
database, effectively tracking detailed customer info, actions
taken, resolutions achieved, retailer involvement or referral,
follow-up communication, etc. Communicate repetitive issues or
systemic failures to team leadership for immediate attention and
resolution. Play a leading role in the development and
implementation of best practices and SOP for customer issues.
Support the SmartLife sales and operations team by effectively
fulfilling sales support requests, including special projects, line
sheets, price increases, tradeshow prep, business development
activities, etc. Partner with internal teams to achieve successful
outcomes in support of the SmartLife brand, including Operations,
Marketing, Finance, Logistics and HR. Perform additional functions
that may be assigned at the discretion of management. Travel will
generally not be required for this role, but you may be asked to
occasionally assist the team with new partner rollouts and
installations, trade shows, photo shoots and other events requiring
travel. While the schedule will be predominantly Monday-Friday
business hours, there may be an occasional need to support weekend
or evening activities. Success will be achieved through
best-in-class execution at retail, by being a constant presence in
stores, by empowering RSAs to effectively present the SmartLife
brand. Our Ideal Candidate: Our ideal candidate has a passion for
working with people and providing excellent customer service. You
have some experience working in a general customer service
environment, perhaps in a call center, or in a retail or restaurant
setting. You understand the importance of providing prompt and
excellent customer experiences for our brand, and you have strong
communication and organizational skills. You are able to develop
and drive processes, and you---re comfortable working with
computers and have experience with Microsoft applications. A
college degree is not required, but some college is preferable.
Qualifications: A positive, upbeat and can-do attitude is
essential. Ambitious, self-motivated, adaptable and
service-oriented. Able to exercise good judgment and critical
thinking skills, recognizing patterns and developing solutions.
Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced service environment,
balancing multiple responsibilities and customer priorities. Very
comfortable with technology, embracing it to achieve positive
customer outcomes. Quick learner, resourceful, structured,
proactive, with a high attention to detail. Highly organized,
responsible, professional and attentive. Curiosity and willingness
to investigate a process to a deeper level. A commitment to going
above and beyond to make clients happy with a "no task too small"
outlook. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent
listening skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to
quickly develop strong relationships. Ability to work independently
and with a team, carrying out tasks to completion. Proficient with
computers, experienced and comfortable with Microsoft Office,
Excel, Word, and Outlook Meet expectations for attendance and
punctuality. Prior customer service experience is essential (i.e.
retail sales, restaurant, sales associate, front desk or other
customer- centered sales roles) Valid Driver---s License with
access to reliable transportation 2 years of college is preferred;
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bi-lingual (Spanish)
