Job Description:
Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist.
We seek a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to
help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or
improve daily skills in a hospital setting. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
from an accredited educational program. Active Arizona Occupational
Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification
from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in inpatient
rehabilitation or sub-acute settings is required. Client requires
ability to start as soon as possible and ability to provide a
30-day notice when applicable. Ability to meet client-specific
credentialing such as G40 (if applicable to facility processes).
Preferred: experience with IPR (inpatient rehabilitation)
evaluation and treatment planning. Assignment Details Facility
Type: Hospital. Shift Name: Days. Shift Hours: 8am-5pm. Assignment
type: Inpatient rehabilitation focus. Location Highlights Prescott
