About Our Team & What Makes Us Special: Our Pediatric Critical Care team operates a state-of-the-art 24-bed PICU at Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa, Arizona. We're proud to offer comprehensive services including ECMO capability, pediatric trauma care, and congenital heart services, caring for approximately 1,200 admissions annually with an average daily census of 12 patients. What truly sets us apart is our collaborative culture. You'll be joining a supportive team of 10 physicians and 1 nurse practitioner who value both clinical excellence and work-life balance. The Opportunity: Position: Full-time Pediatric Intensivist (1.0 FTE) Location: Banner Desert Medical Center, Mesa, AZ We understand that every physician has unique preferences for their work schedule.
