Physical Therapy Assistant Location: Phoenix, AZ Agency: Jackson
Therapy Partners Pay: $1,160 to $1,360 per week Shift Information:
5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Make a real
difference as a travel PTA with Jackson Therapy Partners. You will
work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping
them move better, feel better, and stay active—under the guidance
of a licensed Physical Therapist. Apply today and a recruiter will
follow up with the details. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree
in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active
Arizona State PTA license is required to start the assignment. BLS
Certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
may be required. Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility
or long-term care setting is preferred. Client requires experience
with geriatric patient populations and restorative care. Preferred:
experience with transfers, gait training, therapeutic exercise, and
use of common SNF equipment (Hoyer lift, gait belts, walkers).
Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and
follow established care plans. Assignment Details Facility Type:
Skilled Nursing Facility. Start: May 2026 assignment start (exact
start date coordinated with recruiter). Candidates may be required
to float to other facilities within the client network as needed.
