Job Description A well-known healthcare employer in Phoenix, AZ,
is actively seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join busy
physician team. Incoming cardiologist will be part of a POD/team of
cardiology colleagues providing individualized, turn-key patient
care in an efficient manner. Ideal candidate will have 2 years of
post-cardiology Fellowship training, though graduating Fellows can
be considered as well. This is an exceptional opportunity to become
part of a thriving practice and deliver high-quality patient care
within a collaborative and efficient environment. Responsibilities:
Provide specialized general cardiology care Collaborate effectively
with a dedicated pod/team of cardiology colleagues to ensure
individualized and comprehensive patient care. Conduct thorough
evaluations, diagnostics, and treatment plans for patients
presenting with various cardiac conditions Qualifications: Board
certification or eligibility in Cardiology Completion of a
post-cardiology Fellowship program Demonstrated clinical expertise
with excellent diagnostic and procedural skills. Ability to thrive
in a collaborative team-oriented environment. Strong communication
and interpersonal skills. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive
salary, minimum $450K per year. Additional productivity-based
incentives to maximize earning potential. Opportunity for equity,
ownership, and partnership track. Eligibility for ownership after
two years, with the option to transition to full partner status.
