Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Phoenix, Arizona,
85013! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN (Registered

preferred Telemetry experience preferred Candidates should have
their own vehicles Candidates must have natural hair color and no
facial piercings Men must be clean shaven for fit test Description:
Nurses will care for patients with various diagnoses including
post-operative cases, sepsis, pneumonia, COPD, diabetes, and
infections. The nurse-to-patient ratio is typically 1:4-5. Nurses
will be expected to complete required competencies and skills
assessments. All nurses will undergo skills labs focused on Foley
catheter insertion and central line dressing changes. Maintaining a
sterile field is crucial for passing skills assessments. Nurses
will also go through educational training on lifts, restraints, and
wound care. Telemetry is not present in the designated department,
but it is a preferred skill due to potential floating to different
units. No nurse aides, PCTs, or techs are utilized on this unit; a
resource nurse will assist with other duties. Respiratory
therapists will be assigned to the unit for managing respiratory
equipment. Weekend shifts consist of three weekend days per pay
period. Holiday shifts are incorporated into the staff rotation.
Floating may occur to other medical surgical and telemetry areas as
needed. On-call or standby requirements do not exist for this role.
