Join our team as a physician in the Prescott, Arizona, area. Job
Details - 15 to 20 patients per day - This is a part-time position
- Compensation is estimated range of $210,412 to $238,495 annually
with no cap on productivity income potential; this full-time role
is benefits eligible Responsibilities - Drive high-quality, safe,
and cost-effective patient care in a post-acute care environment -
Skilled nursing facility and long-term care - Collaborate with
other clinician interdisciplinary teams and follow CMS guidelines -
Work closely with hospice, palliative care, and home care agencies
for safe patient transitions - Ensure timely documentation and
billing through our EMR (Gehrimed) meeting Medicare guidelines
Qualifications - Board Certified FNP, AGACNP, ACNP, AGPCNP, or PA-C
- Willing to train experienced candidates as well - Licensed in
