Job Description:

American Medical Response (AMR) is seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Critical Care Transport Nurse (CCTRN) to join our team. In this vital role, the CCTRN will provide advanced medical care in critical and emergency situations during patient transport. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of critical care nursing principles and be capable of working under pressure with a high level of autonomy. As a CCTRN at AMR, you will be at the forefront of providing lifesaving services in a dynamic environment, ensuring the health and safety of patients during transport to healthcare facilities. Provide advanced life support and critical care to patients in transport environments. Assess patient condition and implement appropriate medical interventions. Operate and monitor medical equipment as necessary during transport. Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. Document medical care provided and maintain comprehensive patient records. Adhere to standards of care and transport protocols established by AMR and regulatory bodies. Strong clinical skills in a critical care environment Ability to function independently in high-pressure situations Proficiency with medical equipment and technology Excellent communication and documentation skills Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of practice Certification as a Certified Critical Care Transport Nurse (CCTRN) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification
