Associate Dentist Opportunity – Anytime Dental Chandler (Chandler, AZ) Weekend Opportunity | Part Time | Full Time Hi there — I’m Dr. Reader, and I’m looking for the right associate to join me at Anytime Dental Chandler & help me take care of our patients needing care on the weekends! If you are looking for some some extra hours or an opportunity to work on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays; a chance to earn some extra income & continue to enhance your clinical skills; or even a way to enter a practice before making a permanent commitment - they join me at Anytime Dental Chandler! We’re a busy, 7-day-a-week general dentistry practice in Chandler, AZ, and the demand from our patients continues to grow. I’m looking for a motivated, clinically strong dentist who wants to stay busy, do great dentistry, and be rewarded for it. If you’re the type of doctor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys saying “yes” to comprehensive treatment, and wants the opportunity to maximize your production in fewer days — we should talk. The Schedule I’m flexible and open to creating something that works well for both of us, but ideally looking for someone who wants to work either: Every Friday, Every Saturday, Every Sunday, or a combination of weekend days that meet your needs! -OR- A consistent schedule: Friday – Monday (4 full clinical days) -OR- A rotating schedule of 2–3 weekdays every other weekend Our weekend and extended-hour schedules have proven to have higher patient flow and strong case acceptance — which means real opportunity for a doctor who wants to produce and earn. Who I’m Looking For You don’t need to be perfect — but you do need to be confident, capable, and growth-minded. It would be great if you: Are comfortable with bread-and-butter dentistry and enjoy staying productive Have experience (or strong interest) in oral surgery, implants, and endodontics Like converting same-day treatment and helping patients move forward with care Appreciate working with a strong team that keeps the schedule flowing Want autonomy in the operatory without micromanagement Most importantly, I’m looking for someone who shares my commitment to taking excellent care of patients and building something long-term.
