Available | No New Grads We’re seeking experienced Primary Care
Physicians to join two established outpatient clinics in the
Phoenix area: Central Phoenix and Paradise Valley. If you’re
passionate about high-quality, patient-first care and want to
practice in a low-volume, team-based environment — this could be
your next great role. What’s In It For You: $270,000 base salary
(up to $250K for newer physicians) $50,000 sign-on bonus (lump sum)

care Supportive clinical staff to handle administrative tasks What
You’ll Do: Provide adult and geriatric primary care in a modern
outpatient setting Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
with a focus on prevention and long-term wellness Work
collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Maintain accurate
documentation using electronic medical records (Epic experience is
a plus) Who We’re Looking For: MD or DO with Board Certification in
Internal or Family Medicine Minimum 2–3 years of recent outpatient
primary care experience (no hospitalists or urgent care providers)
Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Arizona Strong communication
skills and a compassionate, patient-first approach Experience with
EHRs and managed care populations (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial)
