Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of

Occupational Therapist is needed for a school-based contract
position located in Glendale, CA. This role offers an opportunity
to work with students from transitional kindergarten through 6th
grade, focusing on providing specialized therapeutic support within
an educational environment. Key Responsibilities: Implement
occupational therapy interventions tailored for children aged TK to
6th grade. Manage a caseload of approximately 55 students,
addressing individualized therapy goals. Collaborate with school
staff, parents, and other professionals to support student
development. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
in compliance with school policies. Utilize therapeutic techniques
appropriate for educational settings to enhance student
participation and success. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based
therapy. Familiarity with occupational therapy in healthcare
settings, home health, and teletherapy is advantageous. Ability to
manage a mid-sized caseload effectively while ensuring high-quality
therapeutic services. Strong communication and teamwork skills to
coordinate with educators and families. Commitment to improving
functional outcomes for children within the school environment.
