Job Description:

Vi, a leader in luxury retirement communities, seeks an Assisted Living Manager to oversee the operation of our state-of-the-art assisted living facilities. The successful candidate will ensure top-notch care and service to residents by managing staff, developing programs, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. A strategic mindset and passion for elder care are essential in this role as you enhance our residents' living experience and uphold the Vi standard of luxury and care. Oversee daily operations of the assisted living facility within the community. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory requirements. Develop and implement resident care programs tailored to the needs and preferences of residents. Lead, train, and inspire team members to deliver high standards of service. Manage budgeting and operational planning. Coordinate with medical professionals and external stakeholders to enhance care provision. Regularly evaluate service delivery and resident satisfaction, initiating improvements where necessary. Strong leadership and management skills In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to develop and implement effective care programs Proficiency in budget management Empathy and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Preferred certifications: Certified Assisted Living Administrator (CALA) or equivalent.
