WORKING DAYS/HOURS: WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY 8-5PM with 1 hour lunch What you’ll be responsible for •Lead the multidisciplinary team to provide world class care to patients with common lung disorders including COPD, asthma and sleep apnea. • Care for patients in-clinic and via telehealth during normal business hours Monday-Friday • Establish care plan for each patient and supervise team based administration of the care plan • Explain the benefits of NuvoAir Medical’s technology and team based model to patients and support regular engagement with our team. • Collaborate with referring physicians and other members of the care team This may be a fit if you have • A passion for innovation, and quality improvement • Experience working with Pulmonary patients • A willingness to build value in a new and innovative medical practice • Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to be personable and supportive of patients and a multidisciplinary team • Experience providing culturally competent, patient centered care, including telehealth • Ability to provide engaging and effective clinical training and mentorship for clinical and non-clinical teams • Strong computer skills & competence with telemedicine tools & EMR documentation • Tolerance or appetite for change and some degree of ambiguity that comes with working in a startup environment LI-ONSITE BI-ONSITE You’ll love us because: • Mission driven culture that’s recognized by “Best Places to Work” awards • A global, diverse team that works hard without taking ourselves too seriously • Competitive salary - an annual market rate review ensures our compensation bands align with Series A market salaries • Equity that’s venture-backed by top, global VCs - when we win, we win together Building a diverse team is critical to our success: At NuvoAir, building a diverse team isn't a lofty statement or goal, it's a necessity, and it's something we actively practice and talk about.
