Therapist to provide home visits in the West Valley, AZ area. The
ideal candidate has some prior experience within the outpatient
setting and 1 year of experience. Flexible schedule and hours based
on your needs. How many patients would you like to see each week?

confidential. Job Requirements: Eligibility for Arizona state
licensure as a Physical Therapist. 1 year of experience is
required. Must have a minimum of availability to provide 6 patient
