Job Description Job Description Overview SWAN Outpatient Clinic is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PRN/PTA) to join our neurorehab team in Goodyear, AZ . Seeking 1-2 days/week of traditional PRN coverage. Who we are looking for: Provide 1:1 patient care in 60-minute treatment sessions , focusing on functional rehabilitation for adults with neurological injuries Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of passionate, skilled therapists to focus on patient-centered outcomes Provide personalized care in an innovative outpatient setting utilizing the latest technology and equipment What you will receive: Flexible Hours- Make your own schedule No Evenings, Weekends, or Holidays Clinical Autonomy Supportive Team and Leadership Professional Growth & Education Opportunities Responsibilities Assist patients in exercise, ambulation, functional activities, and the application/use of assistive devices in accordance with the treatment plan established by the Physical Therapist Assist Physical Therapist in the collection of outcome measures and completion of complex treatment procedures Educate patients, families, and other health workers on selected procedures and functional activities as directed by Physical Therapist Participate in ongoing program evaluation and development Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all care provided Maintain working knowledge of and adherence to the APTA Practice Act and Code of Ethics Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications
