Job Description:

Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in
the last 12 months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a license
(required for submission). • This role will require floating to
multiple units • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates cannot
live in the following states: Arizona. • Flu vaccination required
for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • 12
months gap required between for Staff at Program: AHSA Program -
Banner Health and no current placement allowed at Program: AHSA
Program - Banner Health. Pre-employment modules may be required for

Additional Details: Preferred Credentials: RCIS is preferred but
not required Special Requests: No travel pairs or trios. Shift &
Scheduling: Monday through Friday shifts (four shifts per week).
Call requirement of potentially one week night and one weekend per
schedule period. 7 days maximum time off. Start assignment
restriction: 7 days 2 references from last 2 years (Any reference
type) - required for submission Driver’s license required for
