Banner Medical Group is actively recruiting for a Divisional Medical Director of Anesthesiology to lead with a range of experience in general and subspecialty areas to join our team at Banner Gateway Medical Center (BGMC) in Gilbert, AZ BGMC is a state-of-the-art, 286 bed care facility serving a growing population in the East Valley. The 60-acre campus provides multi-specialty care and access to top specialists in General Surgery, Thoracic, Orthopedics, Bariatrics, Labor and Delivery, Medical Imaging, Oncologic Surgery, and more. Our anesthesiology team supports all anesthetizing locations including Banner M.D Anderson Cancer Center, operating rooms, endoscopy suites, interventional radiology, and labor and delivery. Our anesthesia model includes CRNAs who work under medical direction. The Anesthesiology Divisional Medical Director will also have leadership oversight of our Pediatric Anesthesia Division at Banner Desert Medical Center (BDMC) in Mesa, AZ. BDMC is a state level 2 trauma center providing services to neonates to children up to age 18. BDMC Peds Anesthesia provides coverage for the operating rooms, endoscopy suits, cath lab, outpatient treatment center, and imaging modalities. Qualifications: BC/BE Anesthesiologist Unrestricted AZ license or ability to obtain one. Ability to obtain AZ DEA license. Main Location: Banner Gateway Medical Center - 1900 N. Higley Rd.
