Hiring a Family Practice Physician for a full time permanent position in Chandler, Arizona. This start date is as soon as June 2019 A Family Practice that has been serving the East Valley of Arizona since 1983. Must be Board Certified. The package our Providers get includes: 1 week Sick Pay 3 weeks Paid Vacation Health, Dental and Vision - 100% employees premium Pay license, dues, malpractice, fees and a online resource if desired Bonus starting 2nd year 401 K with 4% match 7 paid Holidays $2,000 allowance annually for CME, paid quarterly Miscellaneous: Providers work directly as a team with an MA in a designated work area with assigned exam rooms (2). All Providers get a covered parking assignment Providers all meet regularly on the 3rd Wednesday of every month to share and learn All Providers meet individually on a quarterly basis with (Medical Director) Use and expect experience and proficiency on EMR systems.
