Physical Therapist Location: Globe, AZ Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,586 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Rehabilitation Therapy Specialty: Physical Therapist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days shift Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Valid Physical Therapy license required Certifications: Flu vaccine required, no exceptions Must-Have: Traveler must not have a permanent address within a 100-mile radius of the employment location. RTO: No more than 3 days may be requested per contract. Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per assignment, and guaranteed hours will not apply. Description: Responsible for managing a caseload of 13-15 patients per day. Work hours are 10 hours per day split between two clinics within a one-hour drive of each other. The caseload will consist of approximately 80% inpatient and 20% outpatient therapy. Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Skills Checklist Specialty Exam
