Geriatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team inMesa, AZ. The AGNP
will provide comprehensive care for adult and geriatricpatients,
managing chronic and acute conditions. The ideal candidate
willpossess strong clinical skills, cultural competency, and a

an approved Nurse Practitioner school. NursePractitioner
certificate issued by the Arizona Board of Nursing. ValidArizona
Registered Nurse license. ValidArizona Advanced Practice license.
ValidDEA certificate. CurrentBasic Life Support certification.
Certificationin CPR and AED through American Heart Association or
Red Cross guidelines. ValidLevel One Fingerprint Clearance Card
issued by the Arizona Department of PublicSafety (for behavioral
health locations). ValidArizona driver’s license.
Experiencetreating adults with chronic and acute conditions.
Understandingof clinical methods and techniques.
Stronginterpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
with clients,associates, and the general public. Basicproficiency
in business English, spelling, and punctuation. Basiccomputer
efficiency and comfort with electronic health record systems.
Experiencein geriatrics or with patients who have multiple chronic
conditions. Abilityto work autonomously and make sound clinical
decisions. Ademonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and
continuous learning.
