Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Sun City, Arizona.

Opportunity: RN - ICU Job Details: • Varied work schedule with
flexibility required • Must float between Boswell and Del Webb
campuses as needed, with Boswell as primary campus • Assess, plan,
implement, evaluate and document nursing care for ICU patients •
Complete patient assessments including physical, psychological,
social, spiritual, educational, and developmental needs • Formulate
and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with
multidisciplinary teams • Provide direct patient care,
coordination, delegation and supervision of healthcare team
activities • Evaluate patient and family response to care and
revise plans as needed • Document all nursing interventions and
patient responses in accordance with policy • Delegate
appropriately and provide nursing supervision to other licensed
nurses and personnel • Participate in unit shared leadership and
educational activities • Must possess current valid RN license in
state of practice • BLS certification required • Minimum one year
acute care hospital experience required • Experience in acute care
setting within past 12 months as RN in specialty area required •
Must maintain clinical performance competencies through annual
validations • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and use proper body
mechanics for patient transfers • Adequate hearing, visual acuity,
and fine motor skills required Facility: This medical center
