Compensation: 33% of Collections Guaranteed compensation, $1500 for
90 days $150 start bonus Benefits Include: 401K with company match
Malpractice CE Credits Position Qualifications: Orthodontist
Residency Certificate Accredited Dental School Graduate Current CA
State Dental License (or the ability to acquire AZ license by time
of employment) Other licenses/certifications such as CPR & NPI
