Job SummaryTenet-AZ Region is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to fill the role of Preoperative Supervisor. This position requires a strong clinical background and leadership abilities to oversee the nursing team in a fast-paced preoperative environment.Key Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise a team of nurses to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient department operations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and staff performance.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• Monitor and evaluate staffing and scheduling needs to ensure adequate coverage and minimize overtime.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate nursing staff to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional patient care.Requirements
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona.
  • Five years of relevant clinical nursing experience, with at least two years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • BSN degree or equivalent required; BSN degree preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and with internal and external customers.
