This facility is seeking 2 Family Medicine Physicians for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00a-6:00p
• Job Setting: Outpatient
• Types of Cases: Standard Primary Care, All Ages
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45Days
• Must have an active Arizonastate license
