lead us tomorrow. IMS is currently seeking a full-time
Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join
our Avondale clinic. Essential Functions: Provides treatment and
evaluation of illnesses or injuries of the gastrointestinal system
in pediatric and adult patients. Performs appropriate assessments,
obtains histories, and completes physical examinations. Orders and
interprets patient care tests, treatments and exams. Administers
and interprets diagnostic tests. Handles prescription needs,
provides advice regarding gastrointestinal problems, general health
education and coordination of care. Education and Licensure:
Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician
Assistant educational program and passage of board-approved
certifying exam Must possess a license as a Nurse Practitioner or
Physician Assistant in the State of Arizona. Preferably one year of
post licensure experience in the practice of Gastroenterology
