The Clinical Resource Nurse (CRN) works under the delegation of the
CNS and/or aligned nurse administrator to collaboratively improve
the quality of patient care and promote desired patient outcomes in
a designated population/specialty practice.
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing.
- Three years of successful work experience in nursing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to adjust schedule to meet patient needs and CRN
- Master's degree preferred.
- Two years in the specialty area preferred.
- Serious candidates actively seeking to enroll or currently
enrolled in a Clinical Nurse Specialist (post graduate certificate)
program highly preferred.
License or certification
Current RN license by applicable state requirements. This RN job
may require a RN license in multiple states.
The CRN will have five years to complete their CNS education and
certification and APRN license - per individualized state
Maintains current Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers from
one of the following programs: American Heart Association (BLS for
Health Care Providers), Red Cross (CPR/AED for Professional
Rescuers and Health Care Providers), Military Training Network.
Additional specialty certification/training as required by the work
$84,614 - $126,963 / year

Weekdays, Monday - Friday, normal business hours
