Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models.
Our RN team provides a variety of nursing services both in person and by phone utilizing the nursing process and leadership skills to address acute and chronic needs of clients. The primary focus is helping members engage in preventative PCP appointments and coordinating on going medical services with the PCP or other specialists as needed.
We are currently looking for full time (three 12-hour shifts-7 to 7), part time flexible schedules, and floating pool self-scheduling Nurses.

    Job Summary
    The RN works as part of a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for the nursing care provided to patients while on his or her unit (behavioral and medical). The RN is also responsible to carry out orders from the medical practitioner and communicate any barriers to providing service immediately to his or her supervisor and attending medical practitioner.
    Skills/Requirements:
    • 
      Good Standing Registered Nurse License in Arizona.
    • 
      Behavioral Health, Substance Abuse and/or Psych experience is a plus!
