The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Consumer Credit Card, Retail Services, Consumer Deposits, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. PVSI's focus is on delivering the next generation of payments and deposit capabilities and advancing our digital and online offerings to design new customer experiences andproducts. Our guiding principles are to start with the customer, move faster, and partner effectively. The Role:We are seeking 3 Project Managers to lead our Deposit Furnishing Regulatory initiative within our Payments Virtual Solutions and Innovations Shared Services Group Project Management Office. Each Project Manager will be responsible for providing project management leadership of 5-10 Deposit Furnishing compliance and regulatory initiatives. Responsible for structuring, executing, and successful implementation of the program. Projects will be complex and high risk initiatives required to address mandatory corrective actions and remediation activities. The position will be required to provide updates to executive leadership, as well as, regulators.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, project delivery, project methodologies, digital product/program management, strategic planning or implementation
  • 2+ years of risk and regulatory compliance experience

    Desired Qualifications
    • Strategic planning experience in translating leadership vision into executable strategies and initiatives enterprise-wide
    • Ability to manage large-scale initiatives including stakeholders across business and technical teams
    • Experience translating business needs into complex analysis, designs and recommendations
    • Ability to manage process discovery, process modeling, and process improvement activities
    • Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
    • Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas
    • Advanced facilitation skills
    • Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications

      Other Desired Qualifications
      • 2+ years' experience managing regulatory and compliance changes.
      • Strong communication and facilitation experience and the ability to work across multiple organizations
      • Experience analyzing data and performing deep dive analysis of business processes and identifying opportunities and solutions.
      • Experience in the development of roadmaps, strategies, and management of programs from concept to execution
      • Knowledge/expertise in process improvement methodologies not limited to: Six Sigma, BPM, Lean, and etc.
      • Comfortability with interacting with outside assessors not limited to: regulators, auditors, and other external vendors
      • Experience managing programs or initiatives on an enterprise scale across multiple channels and functions
      • Deposit and Furnishing experience a plus.
      • Previous Agile exposure a plus
