Complimentary in-house CEUs between 6-8 per year. Plus additional dollars to attend CEUs of your choice + 2 paid days off to attend. • Guide the Development of Individualized Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging
• Support and Supervise BCBAs and RBTs to ensure consistent, high-quality care
• Partner with Families to align on goals, monitor progress, and celebrate success
