Job Description:
Salary Range: $69,000 - $79,000 per year; depending on
experience.
Under general direction, performs duties associated with managing
strategic partnerships, through the application of relationship,
account and project management principles.
Essential Duties:
Manages relationships and key initiatives with identified strategic
partners. Collaborates with stakeholders, leadership, and staff to
define needs for successful launches and operations to achieve
optimal outcomes. Builds and maintains relationships that foster
shared success. Develop a deep understanding of partner's goals,
challenges and business needs and how they relate to institutional
interests. Oversees contracts and initiatives closely with internal
and external stakeholders. Establishes and monitors contract and
initiative expectations with the team, resolving issues to ensure
optimal team effectiveness. Prepares and maintains status reports,
tracking milestones, critical paths, and dependencies. Prepares
strategic initiative reports; organizes business review meetings
with strategic partners as required with internal and external
stakeholders. Facilitates administrative policies and work groups.
Communicates with department and university administrators,
resolving or assisting with sensitive issues.
Desired Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in contract management or administration,
or a minimum of nine (9) years of progressively responsible
experience in business or financial operations within a related
field. Experience in a higher education setting is strongly
preferred, particularly in areas such as project or event
management, auxiliary services, or partnership management.
Working Environment:
Activities are performed in a standard office setting; with
opportunity for remote work based upon organization's policies.
Regular activities require ability to quickly change priorities
which may include and/or are subject to resolution of conflicts.
This position may be eligible for hybrid work, with some days
worked remotely, contingent upon supervisor approval and
institutional guidelines

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and seven (7) years of experience appropriate to
the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of
experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills
and abilities have been achieved.
